The wine tour “Road of the Sparkling wine” is held at the newly built Sparkling winery which shelter the whole process of turning the grapes into sparkling wine. The facility is specially designed following all the recommendations for traditional method of sparkling winemaking.
The road of the Sparkling wine starts with a unique interactive presentation of traditional sparkling winemaking. The road goes through the cellar where the wines aged on the lees for more than 24 months are kept. Next is the remuage hall. Depending on the timing, the disgorgement process and adding the “liqueur d’expédition” may be observed. The tour finishes at a specially designed dome screenings room where the visitors could watch an exciting video accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.

The experience of the road of the Sparkling wine continues at Midalidare's tatsting zone, where guests are offered the opportunity to taste Midalidare Blanc de Blancs Brut NV or Midalidare Rose Extra Brut NV, as well as 4 wines from Enomatic. Hand-made grissini and mineral water are served. On request guests can be served a plate with dry appetizers, a plate with cheese or a combined plateau.
Wine tour “Road of the Sparkling wine” is held daily, at 13:00, reservation is required.
Maximum 12 persons per visit are allowed.
The duration of the tour is 75 minutes.
