The 2020 campaign is a bit different for Midalidare. The long-standing desire of winemakers has finally come true. Midalidare invests in an innovative machine to support the process of collecting and sorting the iconic Sauvignon Blanc.
Midalidare wines are created in the vineyard. The machine has a variety of options that allow collection of the grapes at the optimal hours of the night and morning. Thus, the grapes spend more time in contact with the skins and the soak period is prolonged. The three sorting and rocking mechanisms, including the latest opti-grape system, are extremely precise and complete the process in the vineyards.
Modern expression of time-honored winemaking is what makes Midalidare wines unique. Wines of tradition and innovation, know-how and state of art technology. An elegant, noble wines with attractive character and exceptional style.
