Wine tour “The road of Wine” takes place in the large eastern winery of the estate and details the technology of creating wines at Midalidare. The wine is born at the vineyards, so the journey begins from the “Library of Varieties”, where young vines of the grape varieties presented at the winery are planted and carefully managed. The Library is a wonderful mini vineyard for introducing vines of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvedre, Merlot and Malbec. The guests are introduced to the unique terroir in the village of Mogilovo. The road goes through grape sorting, fermentation, ageing and bottling of wine.
A part of the Wine tour is the Wine Museum. Generously provided by the Regional History Museum of Stara Zagora, an ethnographic collection showing the pastoral life of the region's winemakers, coopers and carters is presented. The essential part of the museum imitates a cave where the Museum tour ends with a humorous interactive game. This game is amusing opportunity for visitors to examine their learnings gained during the tour.

The Wine tour ends at Midalidare's tasting zone, where guests are offered the opportunity to taste 8 wines from Enomatic. Hand-made grissini and mineral water are served. On request guests can be served a plate with dry appetizers, a plate with cheese or a combined plateau.
Guests are offered the opportunity to organize private wine tastings, corporate events, special dinners and celebrations.
The Wine tour finishes at Midalidare's representative shop, where guests are offered a tasting of 8 wines from Enomatic. Hand-made grissini and mineral water are served. А plate with dry appetizers, cheese or a combined plateau can be served at request.
Guests are offered the opportunity to organize private wine tastings, corporate events, special dinners, and celebrations.
Wine tour is organized daily, at the hours of 11:00, 13:00, and 15:00., reservation is required.
